Vebinaras "The way to excellence"
Kviečiame LAQM narius lapkričio 13 d. dalyvauti vebinare "The way to excellence", kurio metu Vanda Novokšonova, sertifikuota EFQM konsultantė ir Europos EFQM apdovanojimų vertintoja, Latvijos kokybės asociacijos valdybos narė pasakos apie EFQM modelį, jo diegimo praktinius žingsnius ir nuolatinio tobulėjimo kultūrą. Renginys vyks anglų kalba.

During the webinar you will get a basic information about the excellence approach, EFQM model and practical steps and suggestions in implementation process. We will also talk about how to sustain the excellence culture and what is the meaning of continuous improvement process and how it is connected to excellence culture.
Speaker:
Vanda Novokšonova, a senior partner of Eurofortis, certified EFQM Trainer and European EFQM Awards Assessor, Latvian Quality Awards for Medical sector and International Innovation Awards assessor. Vanda is a Board member of the Latvian Society for Quality, responsible for International relations, EFQM related activities and consulting organisations on their way to excellence.
